Christian Ohanian, CIPP/US

Christian Ohanian is Senior Counsel for Privacy & Cybersecurity at Mastercard. He is also a Senior Fellow with the Tech, Law, and Security program at American University. Previously, he was an Assistant General Counsel with the National Security Agency (NSA). At NSA, Christian worked in the Operational Authorities practice group and, most recently, served as the Chief of NSA's Criminal Litigation Practice group, which included work on cybercrime, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism investigations and prosecutions. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and the University of North Carolina School of Law.
