About the IAPP

Matthias (CIPP/E, CIPM) is an in-house counsel for Data Law at Axel Springer since the beginning of 2021. Previously, he worked in London and Berlin for a global consultancy in the fields of data law, it-security and strategic risk. As a policy advisor for an Internet industry association, he accompanied legislative proposals on IT security, data privacy and data use.
