About the IAPP

Marion de Castelbajac is a Senior Privacy Consultant at The Privacy Pro focused on global privacy compliance. She works with companies to develop, implement and monitor privacy programs that comply with global regulatory requirements. Prior to joining The Privacy Pro, Marion worked as an investigator for the French data protection authority, the CNIL. She investigated companies and institutions for noncompliance with the GDPR and made recommendations for next steps such as enforcement, CNIL support, or closure of the investigation. Marion previously worked as an employment lawyer for a global law firm, Latham & Watkins.
