Privacy Analyst

Kyle E. David is a current Presidential Management Fellow and Privacy Analyst at the United States Department of Energy (DOE) in the Office of Privacy Management and Compliance. Prior to starting at DOE, he completed his doctorate degree in modern Chinese history at the University of California, Irvine, where he taught and studied from 2014 to 2021. At UC Irvine, Kyle held several prestigious fellowships and awards, including an American Council of Learned Societies / Mellon Dissertation Completion Fellowship, a U.S. Department of Education Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad Fellowship, and a Division of Teaching Excellence and Innovation Pedagogical Fellowship. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
