About the IAPP

Nóirín McFadden is a senior associate in the London office of K&L Gates LLP. She concentrates her practice on data protection, technology and commercial matters. Nóirín advises on wide-ranging data protection issues, including EU/UK GDPR compliance requirements, website compliance including the management of cookies, data subject requests and complaints, employees’ personal data, international data transfers, and data processing projects for a variety of organisations, including global corporates, UK and European companies and charities. Nóirín has also worked on a range of technology and commercial matters including software licensing, and consumer regulatory compliance and online contracting for eCommerce businesses.
