About the IAPP

Federica is Global Legal Director, Direct to Consumer at AB InBev, the world's largest brewer.

Federica is a digital lawyer with over a decade of international experience in data protection, intellectual property and digital commerce. Federica holds an LL.M. in Information Technology and Media Law from the London School of Economics (UK), an Internet Law specialization and a Law Degree from the Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina). She holds FIP, CIPP/E and CIPT credentials. 

She is experienced in working with both large multinationals and digital start-ups in Latin America, United States and Europe, leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams that act as the catalyst for change by leveraging technology.

Federica lectures on data protection at various Latin American universities and advocates for women in law and tech through W@Privacy and PrivacyConnect.
