About the IAPP

Anna works on integration and transformation projects for Elanco Animal Health. 

Anna graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, University of London with a degree in Veterinary Medicine. After a rewarding ten years as a clinician in veterinary practice and academia, Anna turned to non-clinical roles in the Animal Health/pharma industry. Since then she has held a range of positions with Pfizer Animal Health, Eli Lilly & Company and Elanco Animal Health. Anna has transitioned between customer facing roles in veterinary technical and product support, sales management, marketing and digital marketing, r&d and regulatory affairs before finding her way into Ethics & Compliance and then Privacy supporting UK, European, US and International business areas. She is not a lawyer although briefly considered a legal career before turning to science and Veterinary Medicine at the age of ten!

Anna is an advocate of the approach that an ethical mindset in leadership builds trust and drives performance and that diversity is a critical component to successful teams and smart delivery.
