About the IAPP

Throughout her practice as a privacy lawyer and consultant, Horia Tabatabaei Soltani has helped small to large enterprises in various industries, including technology, non-profit and financial organizations in understanding the Canadian privacy regime and how they can operate within other privacy jurisdictions. She has helped clients establish and transform their privacy practice and leverage privacy for their business growth.  

Before joining RSM Canada Horia ran a privacy law firm. She holds CIPP/C certification and a JD from the University of Windsor.
