About the IAPP

Louise is a PSL Counsel in Allen & Overy’s global Antitrust group. Her responsibilities include managing the group's know-how resources, delivering training both internally and to clients, and providing current awareness briefings – in particular she authors one of Allen & Overy’s key annual thought leadership pieces: Global trends in merger control enforcement.

Louise has extensive experience of advising clients on how to comply with competition rules and managing dawn raids. She also regularly advises clients on complex behavioural antitrust issues such as distribution arrangements and cooperation agreements between competitors, as well as abuses of dominant position.

Louise is Co-Editor of the Butterworth's Handbook on Competition Law (the "Purple Book") and Consultant Editor of the LexisPSL online reporting tool.
