Annie Bai, CIPP/C, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP

Annie C. Bai is a graduate of NYU School of Law and U.C. Berkeley (economics) and the Privacy Officer for Socure, a leading digital identity verification solution. She holds the following IAPP certifications: CIPP/US, CIPP/C, CIPM and FIP.
Previously she was Data Protection Officer at SwissRe covering both the Americas region and having a global remit with the Corporate Solutions business unit. Before that, she was the Chief Privacy Officer for Single Stop, a national anti-poverty nonprofit that provides a technology platform for efficient benefits eligibility.
She is also an Advisor to the Technology Operations Committee for Per Scholas, an IT workforce training nonprofit, and sits on various boards of local nonprofits. Annie has also lectured frequently on Modern Privacy Law for Pace Law School's New Directions for Attorneys program.
