About the IAPP

Lisa Nee is the Privacy and Compliance Officer and Interim GRC Lead at Panorama Education, an education technology company. At Panorama, she balances data protection for students and families with educational innovation, supporting the organization’s mission to improve education for every student.  

Lisa’s career spans privacy, technology, and innovation, including roles at Deloitte, Optiv (previously Accuvant), Oracle, and Accenture. Lisa has built her career around a passion for technology, receiving several accolades and co-authoring privacy engineering with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

She graduated from Boston University and earned a law degree from St. John's University School of Law. Lisa has ISC2 and HIPAA certifications and holds the following privacy designations: FIP, CIPM, CIPP/E, and CIPP/U.
