Bruce is Ada Support Security and Compliance Officer responsible for Ada's Compliance program that includes Privacy, Security, and Accessibility. Bruce has over 15 years’ experience in Privacy and Security at Global Corporations. With extensive industry experience across sectors and a strong background in Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Insurance and Retail, Bruce holds CIPP/C and CIPM certifications, as well as having Information and Security certifications. Bruce has the pleasure of talking about Ada's Compliance Program and how we maintain our compliance globally for AI Chatbots.
